I tried this and, even though it was fast the taste was not very good at all. I will stick with the traditional method.

Not a fan. Very salty. They cooked fine in the microwave, although the taste was awful.

wish they had a rating form 0 - 10. This would be a definate zero. If you love dry low tasting meatballs this is for you. I thought this was too good to be true. Yep it certainly was.

This was not only the EASIEST meatball recipe I've ever made but also one of the tastiest. I realize the point of this recipe is to use a microwave but I'm still wary of using a microwave to cook meats so I used the oven at 400 degrees. I guarantee you'll get compliments and spend less than half the time in prep work. My favorite thing about this recipe is that there are no onions to cut.
