INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in soup, tomato sauce, onion, parsley, salt and oregano; heat through. Drain macaroni; top with the beef mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
