Linda Sawin
"'This hearty meal is my mother's creation and ranks among my kids' favorites,' relates Linda Sawin of Sterling, Massachusetts. 'I often cook the sauce over the weekend and freeze it, then warm it in a jiffy after a busy day.'"

Yum! I really loved this. Great comfort food. I added fresh chopped onion, garlic, and parsley. I mixed the elbows in with the sauce. Will definitely make again.

I used this ebcause I didn't have any jar spaghetti sauce and I thought it was really good. My kids didn't like it though. I made a few changes to it. I used a whole pound of ground turkey. I think half a pound wouldn't be enough. I cooked the meat with the spices instead of adding them with the soup. I also added some minced garlic, italian seasoning, and pepper. I thought the tomato soup would taste weird but it didn't taste like soup at all. And I liked the macaroni noodles, it was a nice change from the spaghetti. Thanks!
