Spaghetti Casserole III

By: Kristen
"My Mom has been making this for years. The recipe calls for ketchup and cheddar cheese but can be made with traditional tomato sauce and your favorite Italian cheese."

Ingredients

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
