"My Mom has been making this for years. The recipe calls for ketchup and cheddar cheese but can be made with traditional tomato sauce and your favorite Italian cheese."

Great easy dinner! I took other review suggestions: used jar spaghetti sauce instead of ketchup. I also cooked the meat with worchestershire sauce (dad's secret weapon in pasta) and added minced garlic. added italian seasoning, paprika and onion powder. Came out delicous and husband loves it! Tastes great served with garlic bread and a salad.

Delicious! I sub'ed in spaghetti sauce for the ketchup and used a bit more cheese - and it turned out fantastic! Didn't make it to left overs however, didn't last! A definate "make-again-soon" recipe. Thanks for sharing!

My family really enjoyed this and it was easy to make. I did use spaghetti sauce instead of ketchup and substituted italian sausage for the ground beef.

Not my favorite; however, I plan to make again. I have a picky 4.5yo eater who loved it. I used the sauce instead of ketchup. Next time I want to try half sauce/half ketchup. Also, I'd like to try with Velveta cheese because I think it will melt better.

This is delicious! My husband still raves about it, even a month after making it...he says that he'll never like "regular" spaghetti again. Thanks!

This was just ok. Used ketchup like the recipe called for otherwise it would just be plain old spaghetti. Not bad but not great.
