Delicious dish. I used a full pound of thick cut bacon and also added 3/4 cup of milk to the eggs before I mixed them in with the pasta.

Rich and delicious! I added some half and half to make it a little saucier, and added peas and mushrooms to make it more of a complete dinner for us. It was just decadent!

Delicious! I only used 8 oz. of spaghetti because I knew a pound would be way too much for my family, so I used only 2 eggs but kept the rest of the recipe the same. Will definitely make again!

Excellent recipe! I usually time the spaghetti noodles to finish cooking right when I'm done putting together the rest of the ingredients. The noodles still have to be warm when you mix it with the sauce. Instead of using olive oil to loosen the noodles, I used some of the reserved bacon fat. Oh my! I occassionally add a little heavy cream when I want a heartier meal.

This was really good and a great quick dinner. I did use pancetta instead of the bacon and a little more garlic. This will be one of my go to recipes when I need to get dinner n the table fast. Thanks!
