Great recipe, but didn't turn out as pretty as the picture. Maybe next time - Is there a trick to making it get creamier - mine looked like it had some scrambled egg bits if you looked very close.

Very good. We added asparagus and mushrooms and followed the suggestion to adding milk/cream in with eggs. Yummy without any left over!

This was very delish and easy to make! I used Turkey Bacon and whole wheat spaghetti to make it healthier. I wish I had egg beaters on hand to use instead of regular eggs, but that's ok. Next time.

I made this for brunch today and it was wonderful. I used angel hair pasta instead of spaghetti, because it was what I had on hand. I will be making this for our family get together this coming weekend.

I didnt have olive oil so I used normal oil. The cream at the end is a VERY good idea. A very good receipe (I overcooked the pasta) but I will def make it again.

Really great! I used 1 and 1/2 times the bacon called for and 3/4 cup of heavy cream based on other user reviews. I also followed the advice of others and mixed the parm and eggs before pouring on the pasta. I was nervous about my ability to pull this off, but it worked out wonderfully. Thanks for a great recipe!

I've made this recipe over a dozen times now. Will be serving it along with Pesto Torta (layered spread) and Italian Cookies II all from this site to my bunco group later this week. The only thing I do different is include an entire package of bacon and I use heavy cream to give it that extra creaminess.

When I read some of these reviews, I was a little nervous about making this. But I decided to make it for my brother and my husband and it was FANTASTIC!!! I added an extra egg so that I would have a little more saucy. I added the parmesan cheese to my eggs and mixed it together before adding it to the spaghetti. I also added a lot of garlic! Whenever the recipe called for olive oil, I just used the bacon fat that was left over from the bacon. The end result was amazing, creamy, and tasty! If you love bacon, you definitely enjoy this recipe!! :)

First let me say that this is something no one in my family would have ever thought of even trying, but I LOVED this and so did my kids! I couldn't figure out why there was no sauce but after I looked at the recipe again, after eating it all, I realised I forgot one of the eggs, plus I didn't have any wine in the house. Next time I will double the bacon, remember all the eggs, add the wine and maybe even add some heavy cream. This is going into my rotation! About time we got to eat something different than what we always eat! Thanks so much!!

It was good, all but one kid loved it. Something happened though that there was almost no sauce, it was completely absorbed by the pasta. More likely a cook's mistake that recipe. We will try it again but suing pancetta, peas, and cherry tomatoes. It needed a little extra umph.

My husband loved this dish. I'll have to watch though because I think I left it on a minute to long when I put the eggs in. Wonderful flavor.

Good as written but great with a lot more garlic, about 5 cloves in all and 1/2 cup more parmesan cheese. Make sure you use fresh parmigiano reggiano cheese. This makes a huge difference!
