Soy-Sesame Dressing

"This is a great Asian-style dressing for a pasta salad. You can prepare this dressing in advance, but toss with the salad no more than 15 minutes before serving."

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients until well-blended.
