We really enjoyed this recipe however, I used chicken breast instead of pork. It was so tender and I served it with the Tsztziki Sauce which was wonderful. Great recipe...

This was a big hit. I didn't have time to marinade the meat for very long. I will do so next time. I was a little nervous with the soy sauce, but this dish was great. I served it with Oven Roasted Greek Potatoes and Greek Green Beans from this site. Also some store bought pita bread. Dinner was great. Thanks for the recipe!

Made this for company and it worked first time. Added large mushrooms to kebabs. I marinated the meat for three hours. I felt that the meat was tough, but that was not the fault of the recipe. Since it is pork, I wanted to make sure the meat was done. I might try beef next time. Will make again for sure. I paired these kebabs with a fresh nectarine salsa.

I'm trying to watch my salt intake, so I substituted white wine for the soy. WOW! So very easy, good and versatile. I marinated a couple of hours..could have used more, but I was worried about the lemon juice cooking the pork. I would say I'll marinate for 4-6 hours next time. Thank you for the recipe!

I made this for dinner this evening, and it was very good. My older daughter does not eat red meat or pork, so I marinated some chicken for her in the same marinade, aside from that, I followed the recipe exactly. I also served some yogurt sauce with it. Yogurt, cucumber and dill. My husband loved it.

Great taste. Good result. Family loved it. I can never figure out how to get the peppers and the meat to come out evenly on the skewers, but I cannot give it a bad rating for that!!!! Ha!!!

Definitely leave out the soy sauce, otherwise, it is more like asian in flavor. Really delicious using white wine instead as another reviewer suggests.

I find this dish is better when you omit the soy sauce. Maybe becauce soy sauce is not a traditional ingredient (that I know of) in a souvlaki, so I am not used to the soy flavor. I substitute the soy for white wine (not a cooking wine), and add a little kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Don't leave out the oregano, it's a vital ingredient in souvlaki, and really gives it a lot of flavor! And be sure to marinate...the longer you do, the more tender the meat. This recipe also works well with chicken, lamb, and beef.

My family loved it! I made it with the greek potatoes and the easy yogurt cucumber sauce on allrecipes. I did add mushrooms and green olives to the marinade and it was awesome. I also cooked it on a George Foreman grill since I don't have a real one and it was perfect!

I used a package of pork chops, but other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. The flavor is light and it tasted marvelous! I will be keeping this recipe around to make more often :)

OH SO GOOD!!! I used very thinly sliced sirloin instead of pork. I didn't use any veggies so I added 1 tsp. of onion powder to the marinade. I will definitely be making this quite often. I served this with "Easy Greek Yogurt Cucumber Sauce" a recipe from this site.

This was so easy and delicious! I used pork stew meat instead of the tenderloin because it cost less and it still turned out tender...I added fresh mushrooms and I marinated it overnight...it smelled so good on the BBQ the next day! I just served it with plain white rice.
