Different and good! Will go into rotation for company food! It's a great recipe when you have people over because it's almost all done in advance. You just have to grill and serve!

My husband and I thought this was great! Our children enjoyed it too. I followed the recipe just as stated, except my pork loin was only 2.88 pounds. That was perfect for our family of 5 with a little left over. I also used red onions instead of yellow. My husband grilled these on our Webber charcoal grill (in the cold!!) but I couldn't imagine them any other way! Excellent!

This is fabulous. Like many reviewers, I too was met with disappointment when I discovered my grill was out of gas as I went to light it. Found that several reviewers said 25 minutes at 400 in the oven. Perfection! That's why I love this site. Great recipe and will make often.

Great recipe! I was short on time as I had to be out the door to work in 15 minutes...so instead of cubing the pork I just cut a pork loin roast into steaks and marinated with veggies for 9 hours. When I got home I cooked them on the bbq. The meat tasted wonderful and was super tender. This is a keeper!

This recipe is SOOOO good. I wasn't sure what to expect going in, but I am so glad I tried it!! DELICIOUS! I followed the directions for the marinade and let the meat sit in it overnight. I completely forgot to marinate the veggies, so I just omitted them and grilled the meat on skewers. They came out wonderfully - tender and super flavorful. I served them with homemade tzatziki sauce and a big ole' greek salad. What a great meal!! This one is a keeper- THANKS!

YUM! I marinated the meat for 12 hours, skewered and grilled. Served on homemade pitas smothered with tzatziki sauce and finished with diced red onion and tomato. Delicious!!

Delicious flavor but I needed to cook it a little longer. I don't like pink pork. Otherwise, this is a great recipe!

this was super easy and very good. I did add a few things. I used red onion instead of yellow just to give it a kick, used the juice of 2 lemons, not just one, and added 1 tsp. of dried dill leaves. The combination was delish! Thanks for the recipe!

I don't have a grill because I live in a condo. I baked the skewered meat @350degrees for 10mins. I then brushed them with Marinade (reserved marinade liquid + a TBS of a GOOD Teriyaki sauce). I turned them, brushed the other side, and placed them under the broiler for +/- 5 minutes per side brushing with marinade after turning. I served this w a Greek salad and a tzatziki sauce (Greek yogurt, grated cucumber minus liquid, salt, pepper, shallot, garlic, dill weed). This was the best meal of the week. Thank you so much for the recipe. This one is a keeper!

Mmmm....so good. My husband loved this and he is a picky one to please! I made it just as stated-no adjustments-which is nice, and it came out perfectly, very tender too. Will be using this often and will try with other cuts and types of meat. Great recipe!

I followed the recipe exactly except I stir fried the pork instead of grilling it. It was very good - even leftover and made into a wrap. It was very easy and I will make it again. I gave it a four because it could have used a little more flavor.
