Personally I'd give it a two, but my kids loved it. I thought it was gross.. but easy to follow recipe.

This was surprisingly delicious. My mom had brought over a load of zucchini from her garden and I needed a quick, easy recipe. I don't know if it's fair to rate the recipe as I did since I changed some things, though. I omitted the ground beef (I had none on hand), I added a diced onion, and used spiral pasta instead of thin spaghetti. But it was so easy, less mess than a regular pasta dish, and my 4 and 6 year-olds liked it, too. I thought the seasoning was perfect.

I just made this tonight and I thought it was very good, especially for a one pan meal under 30 minutes. There is no reason to ever buy Hamburger Helper when you have recipes like this on hand! I of course made a few changes to fit our lifestyle and it still turned out great! I used ground venison (deer) and browned it in minced garlic. I also added a half a can of chili beans and therefore omitted the chili powder. Also, I used whole wheat spaghetti noodles for added fiber...I just had to cook the noodles a little longer of course. Since mozzerella has less cholesterol, that's what I used, I can imagine that cheddar would be even better! This recipe would be yummy on it's own but is also a great template recipe to use for items already in the fridge! Thanks!

I thought this was wonderful! I used ground turkey instead of beef, but it was still equally delicious. A great combination of flavors!

Tasty & easy! I tried this recipe and my family and I (including my sister-in-law) thought it was pretty good. Everybody went for seconds. However, I did add more of the spices for extra flavor. What the recipe called for was a tad on the bland side for my taste. We like lots of flavor! I'll use this recipe again. It's a nice twist to "regular" spaghetti.
