These were so yummy! I followed the recipe, with the following exceptions: instead of the green onions, I used 1/3 cup of chopped white onion. Also, in place of the diced tomatoes, I used Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies). I also omitted the cayenne because I did use the Rotel. They were delicious right out of the oven, but were great to snack on throughout the day. This recipe made more than 12 biscuits for me. They also took an additional 5 minutes to cook than the recipe stated. Great brunch food!

Really good although a little hearty for my taste. Next time I make them I will cut back on the meat a bit. Otherwise delicious!!!! Will make again!
