Great base recipe. Bake (as others suggested) at 425 for 15 mins. I also skipped the cheese, to make these only 225 calories each! (4g fat/ 24 chol/ 200 sod/ 30 carb/ 2 sug/ 2 fiber/ 12 protein) Made avocado puree for dipping to make up for the lost creaminess of the cheese. Yum!

I made this and everyone loved it. I used the filling sauce parts to help the tortilla stick together when rolled instead of using a toothpick. I baked it in the oven like everyone said and it turned out great. My dad who is extremely picky said he LOVED it and that I should open up my own burrito shop he called it. I'm making a huge batch for this week so they can freeze it. Yummy recipe~

Our family loves these. The only change I made was to bake instead of frying. We always double the mixture and make them into burrito size instead of appetizer size. We like Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce with these.

This is pretty close! It is a recipe from a favorite restuarant of ours...CHILI'S. These go great with honey mustard dip.

Oh Boy! These are good. I basicly doubled the recipe, [maybe alittle more] I used a pound of ground pork, a whole can of black beans [drained] and just double on everything else. I'll make these again, when I do and I use the tortillas, I'm going to bake them. Frying these, with these wraps are a pain in the rear, they want to spread open. But if I fry them I'll use egg roll wrapers, those stay together alot better.

Fairly time consuming, but, yummy! As others suggested I think these would make really good appetizers using wonton wrappers instead & making each one much smaller. Also made the Black Bean and Corn Salad II and it served as a great side for the Southwestern Rolls.

The family loved these! Didn't deep fry these, just fried in a little canola oil and finished off in the oven. Delish!

These are a little time consuming with all of the ingrediants, but they are well worth the effort. I can't tell the difference between them and my favorite restaurant's. I did freeze the extras and I put them in the oven instead of frying them. I love mine with honey mustard so I made a home made honey mustard with mustard, honey, pepper, and mayonaise. I just did it all to taste. It also tastes like my favorite restaurant's. DELISH

These were fabulous! What a great flavor! We did not freeze them before cooking. We used egg roll wrappers and baked them at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. They came out perfect! We used the creamy cilantro sauce recipe on this site for dipping which made them even more delicious.

This is delicious! I made it twice for my roommate and friends in the past week and everyone loved it. I baked them at 400 for 12 minutes instead of freezing and frying. I also used cilantro instead of parsley. They would be better with some sort of dip, like a spicy ranch sauce. I think I'll try the cilantro cream sauce mentioned earlier next time!

These were so amazing that my hubby didn't believe I made them! I baked them instead of frying them and I even forgot the cheese on the inside and they were still good. I will be making them again soon because they were a big hit even with the kids.

We loved this recipe. Followed the ingredients in this one (not the cooking method) to a T. Even measured ALL them all. At first, when tasting the filling before rolling I didn't think there was enough flavor but decided to leave it alone. I made them at around noon, put them in the fridge and cooked them around 7pm. After they were cooked the flavor was really enhanced! So good! Not sure if was from resting or just cooking or both but they were just great! We did brush them with oil and baked them instead of frying them. I'm sure they would taste even better fried (as most things tend to do...) but baked is wonderful too. Thanks for the recipe! We served these with Baja sauce from this site.

YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY! This is rated high, because it is very easy and very very good! I froze them over night and baked at 350 for 20 minutes. Not sure freezing was neeeded, but it is good to know these can be frozen so I can make ahead for parties! Id love to try them fried next time!!

I followed the recipe exactly expected I used Quorn Southwestern "vegetarian" chicken wings. I also brushed them with olive oil and baked at 450 for 15 mins. I did not freeze them. My family raved and raved about these. They were so good I was eating bites right out of the pan. YUMMY!!! This is deff a 5 Star recipe!!

I made these eggrolls pretty quickly in the morning before work. I forgot to defrost chicken so I doubled the beans. I also added corn. I also used egg roll wrappers instead of tortilla's. These were great and tasted wonderful with your basic ranch dressing.
