I made these burgers for a South of the Border themed party. I added one beaten egg and one chopped green onion to the meat before adding the taco seasoning and shaping into burgers. I also made turkey burgers with this recipe. Served them with muenster cheese (didn't use salsa) - delicious. Makes the typical backyard bar-b-que a little out of the ordinary.
