The only change I made was I added some corn and my family really liked it. And it DOES freeze well.

Very easy and I had most of the ingredients on hand. I added some salsa to the mix and served it over the chips and let everyone put the cheese , green onions and sour cream on top. It makes a LOT of food!!

The whole family thought this was good. Some of us ate it in a burrito, some of us ate it with salsa and sour cream. Thought it was a little bland to eat alone.

This is a hearty anything! Breakfast, lunch or dinner! Absolutely Lovely! I have three men in my family who are all bottomless pits and they scarfed this down like there was no tomorrow. Thank you! They loved it!

My family enjoyed it. The only thing I did different was not put the corn chips on top. Instead I used corn tortilla chips and used the dish as a dip.

Added Mrs Dash SouthWestern, a little packaged taco seasoning, cayenne pepper, garlic powder not garlic salt. Next time I'll add corn, salsa and maybe more rice. Taste good, but it's still missing something. Thanks for sharing this with me! Maybe served over garlic mashed potatoes ....

This was okay. Way too much cheese for our taste, and seemed like it was missing something. Will probably make again to try to figure out what's missing.

This was great! The only thing I did differently was I used a can of Ranch Style beans because I didn't have plain kidney beans on hand. Turned out great! I served with Cheese and chips, as stated and added some sour cream and salsa after cooking! Thanks

This was a very good recipe, except I thought it needed a little more spice to it. I made a few changes (based on other reviewers and personal preference). What I did: I added a can of whole corn, per others' suggestions. I increased the amount of chili powder to 4 heaping tsp. I used garlic powder instead of garlic salt and added a few sprinkles of seasoning salt as well as Original Mrs. Dash. I didn't put the corn chips and cheese on top at the end, instead preferring to serve it with white corn tortilla chips on the side and Mexican blend shredded cheese on the side for my husband. I would definitely make this again.
