This was easy and very good. Next time I will add an avocado soaked in lime juice, as I think it would make it a 5 star. Cilantro would also be a wonderful addition.

I don't make pasta salad, because I don't like pasta salad, however, guess what I was instructed to bring to tomorrow's cookout? You guessed it! I did quite a lengthy search on this, one of my most favorite websites, for a recipe I might actually like. Found it!! I did add a little lime juice and some freshly chopped cilantro because it just seemed like the right thing to do. Great flavor...and it hasn't even set in the fridge yet. I'm sure it will be even yummy-er tomorrow. Another winner for my recipe box!

This salad was great!!! I don't usually like pasta salads and was looking for something different. I used can diced tomatoes instead of fresh and added black olives and cubed cheese. Will definetly make this again. Thanks!!!

This was good and a nice change. I added cubed cheese and ham per taste and I also added cilantro which made it just right.

This was delicious! I omitted the green chiles as I didn't have any on hand and added avocado soaked in lime juice and some diced english cucumber as suggested in other reviews. I also used radiatore pasta as it holds the sauce better. Thanks for sharing!

This recipe is a keeper! A great change up from regular cold pasta salad. I didn't have the chillis, and used a red pepper instead of green, because its what I had on hand. Thanks for sharing-- everyone loved this!

This recipe was really good. I added diced cucumber and used a little less oil than was called for, but it got rave reviews. Something different in a pasta salad.

This was a hit at our barbecue this weekend! I added about 2 T. chopped cilantro and a couple squeezes of fresh lime juice. Thank you for this excellent recipe.

I made this as listed with the exception of 1/2 the chili powder (kids). It was good but just 3 1/2 stars. After the the first helping I added...1/4 cup lime juice, 1-2 tablespoons fresh cilantro and 1 diced avocado (soaked in the lime juice to prevent discoloring). That was all it needed to turn it into a solid 5 for us. We loved it so much, next time I will add lime marinated shrimp to make it a main dish salad. Thanks!

This recipe is so great. Above and beyond my expectations. The sauce was the key to the salad, with just the right amount of sweet and spice. We didn't have green chiles on hand so we ommitted them and we also threw in some cucumbers, but followed everything eles exactly. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
