Good soup. Used diluted tomato sauce instead of V8 and didn't have any catfish.

Admit I was skeptical at first when my husband decided to try it - but it was soooo good! It was even better the following day as leftovers...Thank you

Gumbo No! A Gumbo involves a rue. Tasty yes, but with a few Cajun twists. Came out like a stew as I made it. Simple, easy quick meal.

This gumbo was super easy to make. My hubby thought it was pretty good but I thought it needed a bit more of "something" but now quite sure what. I give it a 5 for ease of prep and a 4 for flavor. Great quick recipe to have when you feel like gumbo but don't want to slave all or spend the money! Thanks!

This was really tasty especially on a cold night. Just the right amount of zing.

My hubs was doing the happy dance tonight while eating this. I used all of the leftover seafood I made and froze over our vacation. A bit of everthing went into this; lobster, shrimp and clams as well as kielbasa and some corn which I cut off of the cob. Use as little or as much as you like of whatever you have in the fridge and it will turn out great. Served this with a salad and some nice hot Italian bread which was used to sop up the wonderful broth. Thanks so much Susan!! :)

This was really good! I followed the recipe to a tee, except I didn't used spicy V8 and I didn't use cayenne pepper. My family doesn't like spicy foods, I do though! At the end I just seasoned it with salt to our taste.

Easy and delicious, my husband who doesn't 'do' leftovers loved it and ate it more than one night.

Man I thought this was great!! I am not much on seafood, but sure love tasty 1 bowl dishes.. I had to tone down the spices cause I had to feed it to the little ones, plus I didn't have spicy V8, just regular, but it was still delicious!!! Could have used a tad more ZING but I'm sure that would be there if I followed the recipe exactly. GREAT DISH! Hit the spot and great way to make catfish! (tired of cornmeal nuggets)
