This was my first attempt at pimento cheese and it was delish! I am not a hot fan so I left the jalepeno out ... the cayenne pepper gave it just enough punch!!!

Fabulous!!! I put this on a piece of toast to try it, and wow! I was totally blown away. I did add the jalapeno (jarred variety), and omitted the salt and pepper at the end. The bf LOVED it. Thanks, Queenreyney, it's a keeper!

This is the best pimento cheese recipe! Very easy to make. I DO NOT add any salt to the recipe and I use pickled jalapeños instead of a fresh one. Just adjust the jalapeños to how much heat you like! I also use the cayenne pepper.

This is without a doubt the BEST pimento cheese my husband and I have ever had!!!!! I'll NEVER buy prepared from the store again. So much better taste and not all the junk fillers. I made it exactly by the recipe, omitting the jalapeno pepper.

Just as I remembered my father making- less the jalapeno plus worcestershire. I took this to a party and my friend said it was just like her Mississippi mom made. SOOO good.

Terrific Southern Pimiento Cheese recipe. I love the pimiento taste so added an additional 2 oz. Definitely use SHARP cheddar cheese. Easy to spread on bread. Many compliments on sandwiches.
