Cabbage salad with Southwestern twist! Tangy with lime juice, cayenne and cumin, and bursting with crunchy bits of carrot, green onion and radish. Not to be missed!

Classic Creamy Coleslaw was served with fried chicken for years at an auction near Martha Artyomenko's Beaver Bay, Minnesota home. 'When the lady who made this tasty salad move, I contacted her to get the recipe,' Martha explains.' My friends and I often take this coleslaw to weddings (like the one in the photo above) and other gatherings.'

This is a very crunchy, very satisfying coleslaw with ramen noodles, cabbage, toasted almonds and sesame seeds. The dressing is vinegar and oil with lots of herbs and a tad of sugar.

This dish was always a favorite at Mammaw's house. Cabbage is fried with onion and bacon in this simple quick side dish. Terrific with cornbread.

This crunchy salad went so well with our chicken dinners. We always had a huge vegetable garden, and cabbage was plentiful. The carrot adds a nice color and texture.

This is a very light yet amazingly tasty coleslaw. Instead of usual mayo this version uses Greek yogurt and the taste doesn't suffer in the least. Very refreshing.

Rather than mayo, this coleslaw uses an Asian-flavored peanut sauce for a change of pace.
