Delicious. Along with the two cups of milk I added a small can of sweetened condensed milk. It was sweet, fluffy and delicious!! Especially when the vanilla wafers get soft. Yummy!

This was very simple and taste great. The one thing that I did was let it refrigerate overnight after I made it so the cookies could get soft.

The only thing I do differently is THREE cups of milk and TWO pkgs of the vanilla pudding. It's not often that I get any of this - that's how fast it goes.

This is a family tradition...my mother always preferred vanilla pudding instead of the banana cream as it can sometimes have a "fake" taste. This is also good with graham cracker crumbs instead of the vanilla wafers. It's one of those recipes that anyone can make and most everyone loves!! A++++

I LOVED this recipe. After being told I had to cut my sugar intake by more than half (gestational diabetes) I still wanted something sweet.I used sugar free vanilla pudding, sugar free nilla wafers, and sugar free cool whip. It tasted the same to me and I cut almost all of the sugars out of it!!

I always crush the cookies rather than using them whole. This is one of those dishes that takes me back to family reunions when I was a kid. Comfort food at it's best.

This is great for a quick and easy dessert! I usually add 8oz of sour cream to the pudding and cool whip mixture and I have used vanilla pudding as well. The layers of wafers become cake-like after a few hours in the refrigerator. Delicious!

Soooo easy and good! Made this for a potluck at work, served it in a trifle dish. It looked and tasted awesome. You can't beat this for something fast and inexpensive.

Awesome recipe, i love rich deserts so i added one 16 ounce package of cream cheese and 1/3 cup of 10x sugar as well as more bananas, but THIS IS A SOLID SOUTHERN BANANA PUDDING RECIPE, my wife and daughter loved it.

I personally do not care for the "fake" banana taste of the banana cream pudding. It' very easy to make a real banana pudding and that, IMO, tastes so much better.

Yummy and so easy! I didn't assemble the whole dessert but put into individual bowls as we wanted to eat it. That way we could eat it the next day without the vanilla wafers being soggy.

This is such an easy recipe, and it turned out creamy and light. I made it for a fourth of July weekend BBQ. I didn't use 3 bananas but only one, and I didn't use as many wafers either, but it turned out wonderful!
