To charlie: you can adjust the quantity easily by using the tool just below the picture on the recipe. Enter the number of servings you want and click on "calculate" and the portions will be adjusted for you.

A 5 STAR RECIPE, BUT COULD ONLY GIVE IT 4 BECAUSE OF THE TROUBLE OF BREAKING THE RECIPE DOWN FOR ONE FAMILY, INSTEAD OF AN ARMY. SORRY!
