INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Broccoli Cheese Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 4 cups hot cooked rice
  • Pace® Thick & Chunky Salsa
  • Sour cream
  • 1 small avocado, sliced (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  2. Add soup and milk and heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done. Serve with rice. Top with salsa, sour cream and avocado.
