Original Recipe Yield 1 1/2 dozen
 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sourdough starter
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Directions

  1. Sift flour, salt, and soda together into a large bowl. Mix starter with oil, and stir into the sifted ingredients. Drop dough by tablespoons onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.
