These were so dang good! I only used about 1/2 cup of onions, which I sauted in butter before adding to the crock pot. The pork was tender, but not fall apart tender like I expected which was ok by me. I couldn't get the sauce to thicken, but it tasted so good over egg noodles that it didn't matter. I'm definitely making this again. Even my husband, who doesn't like sour cream, loved this. And my picky boys did too!
