I wouldn't say that it's exciting or anything, but it did make for good comfort food.

We LOVED this. Made a few minor changes per other reviews (added cream of mushroom to the bouillion/water and also sauteed the onions first).. This was OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was so good. The sauce didn't thicken up so I made a roux of flour and butter, then added the sauce to that. That was perfect.

Can do stove top; faster - This is a variation of one of my Mother's standard dishes I grew up with. To do stove top, simmer about 45 minutes to one hour or until desired tenderness instead of slow cooker. I use low sodium canned chicken broth. Excellent!!!

Very good recipe, I put the seasonings in the flour. I also added 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. Will make again.

This was totally good as is! Why change everything? The ONLY thing I did differently was I didn't add much onion (boyfriend is funny about onion) and compensated with some minced garlic. Otherwise, the chops and sauce turned out GREAT and totally melted in my mouth. I'll make this one again and again!

These are soooooo GOOD. I did add a can of cream of mushrooms and fresh mushrooms. I think next time I will reduce the water to 1C. so the gravy is thicker! Thanks for a great recipe!

Very easy and rather tasty, though my sauce didn't thicken that well even after simmering and some added cornstarch. And I would've liked it to have a bit more flavor even after all the salt & pepper I added!

Easy to make and my family liked them very well. The sauce didn't thicken, though, so next time I may transfer it to a pot so I can raise the heat more quickly, or use cornstarch instead of flour. Thanks!

This recipe was very good and very easy to make. Pork was tender and delicious. Read other reviews and added cream of mushroom soup. Still wasn't enough flavor. So I added some italian seasonings and garlic powder and that gave it the flavor it was otherwise missing. Definitely serve with egg noodles!

The night I made these, I received complaints. Too dry. My pork chops were butterflied so being thinner, didnt take as long to cook so they were dry. My sauce didnt thicken either. I served the leftovers a few nights later and everyone liked them. Maybe since they soaked in the sauce and werent so dry. I'll try them again. I would warn to not over cook. SO easy to do with pork anyway. I dont know what to suggest about thickening the sauce though.

My family loved this recipe. We served it over noodles with parsley potatoes and corn. It was extremely filling and tasted wonderful. The only thing I want to experiment with is making the gravy a little thicker! Definitely worth a try though!

OMG i loved this receipe,i just changed a few things. First i used a pork roast instead of pork chops, (you get more meat for your buck and no bones to deal with) I used 1 bouillon cube with 1cup of water and 1 can of chicken stock. Then I sauteed my onions in the grease left over from browning the roast, i added about 1/4 c of chicken stock to the onions and let it cook out then poured over the meat and cooked it all day..mmmmm

I followed the recipe closely except for adding a can of cream of chicken soup, and an extra cup of water. When finished, the liquid was not quite thick enough, so added about 2 tbsp of corn starch. I ended up with tasty, moist chops and one of the most delicious gravies I have ever tasted!! The spices and the sour cream are what made it. Served the chops and gravy with mashed potatoes. Excellent supper!!
