THIS WAS MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED!!! I only had about 2 hours to cook dinner so I skipped the crockpot method and went directly to the stove. I first carmelized the onions, then added sour cream, water, chicken bouillon, and canned mushroom and let simmer until sauce decreased by half. Then I added some cornstarch to thicken sauce. I then seasoned the pork with minced garlic and onion, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. After that, I seared the pork and topped with sauce. Served with noodles. Next time I'll have to use the crockpot because this was SO GOOD even with the modifications.

This was really good. I used 2 pork loin chops so they were quite thick. I followed the recipe otherwise. The chops were tender but a little dry, which didn't bother me a bit, but for my husband I might try increasing the liquid a little to keep them from drying out as much. Nonethless, a delicious dish!

I loved this recipe. Not really a pork fan so was looking for something different. Instead of following the recipe I did my own touches too. Instead of just plain broth I also added a can of Cream of Mushroom soup. After taking the chops out of the pan I put the onions in to saute them with the soup. I added salt and pepper and the bouillon and water. I poured it over the chops put it on high for 5 hours. Served it over egg noodles. Husband loved it.

This was good.. It was a little bland for my taste, but, that's easy to fix. Will make again!

Very good. Both I & my husband enjoyed. Found the recipe too late for the crockpot so I made it all in a fry pan. Sauteed onions in butter, browned chops on both sides. Added chicken stock & simmered about 20 min. Added flour & simmered til thickened. Stir in sour cream. Served with mashed potatoes. Yum!

This recipe was very tasty. I did everything just as it was written and the meat was moist and tender. For people who like tender marbled meat, this dish will be heavenly.

The pork chops were amazing, the sauce was a little off. I tried adding spices but I think that I'm not a sour cream + pork person.

Very good! Next time I will add mushrooms and cook for 3-4 hours on low, unless the chpos are very thick.

Not only were the pork chops dry and flavorless, but the appearance of the sauce was awful. The sour cream had separated... I won't even tell you what it looked like.

I made this exactly as the recipe directed (didn't change a thing!) and it was wonderful. A very nice homestyle meal for Sunday supper. The sauce is niceley reminiscent of stroganoff.

I made a few modifications. I replaced the chicken bouillon with 1 lg ham bouillon cube. I added 8oz sliced fresh mushrooms with the onions. I increased the flour to 3Tbs(I like thicker sauces).

This was absolutely yummy!! I left the onions out because I'm not crazy about them, and it was STILL flavorful and delicious. For the chicken boulon I used the jar stuff instead of the cubes. This is going to be put in my permanent rotation of dinners !!!!

I felt like these fell apart but somehow they were still dry? I didn't love this, although my roommate's boyfriend did.

So tasty! I suggest only cooking the chops for 6 or 7 hrs, otherwise they dry out. I added more onions and seasoning. These were truly the best pork chops I've ever made! Served with mashed potatoes and a salad. Yum
