We loved it and I will definitely make this dish again. I actually only used one can each of the red and green salsas because I was short and it was really delicious as is.

Pretty tasty. I used much less cilantro, added black beans, and used salsa verde instead of jalapeno salsa. Pretty spicy for younger kids. I also put some cheese on the inside and sauteed the onions first. Will make again.

This recipe was really easy to put together. Just enough zip without being too spicy.

My family loved this recipe. I have never heard them say that they wanted to lick their plates but they did when I made this. It is very delicious and will be something that I will make very often. I had enough stuffing mixture to make four additional enchiladas. I took some for lunch the next day. I served it with wholegrain brown rice. Yummy!

We liked it. Halved the recipe which made it seem like too much of the sour cream sauce. Also, I erred on the side of too much cilantro (because I love it), but my exaggeration made the meal a little too cliantro-y. All in all, it was okay.

These were the best enchiladas I have ever made. This recipe may be a tad bit hot/spicy for some. If that is a concern you want to watch that cilantro and salsa! But very good enchilada recipe. Can't wait to make this again.

Really liked this one. It would be a good company over for dinner dish. I didn't put the whole bunch of cilantro in it... more like half a bunch.

My husband loves Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas, so thought I would try this recipe with a few changes. Did not use cilantro or jalapeno salsa (did not have any). Used extra sour cream and green chilies, onion and minced garlic for the sauce. Added mushrooms to the chicken mixture, and used both cheddar and mozzarella cheese. I cut recipe in half. After it was done & on our plates we added Texas Pete Hot Sauce, so they tasted plenty hot. Very Good. Will make these again!

Made this tonight. Really enjoyed it, but WOW what a kick. And I only had one can of jalapeno salsa on hand. For my family i may go totally green salsa, cut cilantro in half, and just put jalapeno salsa on the side for my husband and myself. Great recipe. Enjoyed the change!

Very yummy. Next time I will cook the onions first. I subbed yogurt for sour cream and corn tortillas for flour.

This was just ok. Not bad, just not the best I've had. I added sliced olives and a can of Cream of Chicken Soup because it didn't seem moist enough. And it still could have had more, so next time, I will add a large can of Green Enchilada Sauce. The Cilantro was a good addition.

This was really quite easy and REALLY REALLY GOOD! I didn't change a thing--didn't quite use a whole bunch of cilantro, but could have! Cut up your cilantro before putting it in the blender or it will just wrap around the blade and clog it. This was excellent!! Bravo!!

I did not like this at all. I think it had too much cilantro and salsa and I love them both.

The sauce is amazing! The spiciness and the cilantro mixed with sour cream is interesting and delicious. I think the recipe calls for too much onion though and I was not happy at all with the slimy mushy consistency of the tortillas after being baked in all of that sauce. It's a shame because I LOVE enchiladas. Not the best recipe on here. Try the Authentic Enchiladas Verdes. Much better in every way.
