These turned out great, and have a nice kick to them! I added more sharp cheddar cheese and sour cream to the chicken mixture, which kept them softer inside. I also mixed three different salsas I already had on hand, and the substitution worked just as well. Will make these again!

this was great! a littlte heavy in the onin and cilantro. i would reccommend 1/3 bunch of cilantro and 2/3 white onion. nevertheless, we throughly enjoyed!

I used a "bunch" of cilantro, and it just OVERWELMED the dish!! Way too much! Otherwise it would have been an excellent dish! Next time I'll skip the cilantro and the sauce has enough flavor to stand on it's own!! Excellent except for the cilantro!

My family and friends LOVE this recipe! It's very unusual compared to most typical enchiladas. A crowd pleaser!

This recipe was great! I sauted the onions first before adding them to the mixture so they were not crunchy. My hard to please husband loved it!

This is a great recipe! I made it last night and my VERY picky husband LOVED it! It was quite spicy, but thats the way we like things! I used a rotissery chicken and I think that probably made it alot better to have the moist flavorful chicken on the inside. Will be adding this to our line-up for sure!

I liked these a lot. They are on the spicy side, so my mother who doesn't like spicy things wasn't as much of a fan but my husband and I loved them. thanks!

This was really good. I didn't have the jalepeno sauce so I just blended up a couple of sliced j. peppers. Only other ingredient I added was about 1 T of fresh lime juice. I served this with cilantro-lime rice. They are both good on their own but together they are a great combination. The sauce in this recipe would be good in a lot of different recipes I think.

Fab! Very spicy though, so next time I might use just half the amount of salsa and more cream cheese.

Eh, this wasn't that great. I don't know where people are finding the types of salsa described in the recipe, I could only find Green Enchilada SAUCE (not salsa) so I used that. I felt the onions were weird (and too chunky- even though I sauteed prior to using) and the sauce wasn't that great either. And they were soggy to boot. I'll check around to see if I can find another recipe from this site.

Loved this recipe ! A little too hot for us but GOOD none the less. I loaded up my tortillas - so I needed MORE sour cream mixture. I have found various ways to change up this recipe to our family's likings.

These are truly divine! I would give them more stars if I could. They are spicy, creamy and easy to make. They have HUGE cilantro flavor, which we love. I made the recipe as written but I did add Mexican Chihuahua Cheese to the filling and then used a mix of cheddar and Chihuahua cheese on the top. Hubby said these are THE best chicken enchiladas he has ever eaten. My eight year old loved them and even though they were spicy, my four year old and 2 year old ate some. We will definitely be making these again. Thanks for sharing this great recipe!
