This was a great burger! I have been looking for a recipe that keeps the burger moist using the 90% lean hamburger. This worked very well.

I made one major change to this recipe -- I used turkey instead of beef since I don't eat beef. It was very good albeit a bit dry since I used 99% fat free turkey. Next time -- and there will be a next time - I think I will use one with just a bit more fat content.

It is so funny when you see a recipe in Allrecipes that you have been making for years but got from somewhere else. I have been making my hamburgers almost exactly like this - - the exception is I add a little ketchup and parmesan cheese in with the other ingredients. The sour cream and onion soup mix gives the taste of "Onion Dip" to the burgers. So moist, so yummy!

WOW, great recipe! Juice tasty burgers every time! Make sure not to forget the breadcrumbs (as I did the second time I made this recipe) or they will fall through the grill grates. Well done!

I didn't try these, but my daughter loves them. (Super picky eater who doesn't even like hamburgers) Go figure! My son also now adds sour cream to his regular burger. LOL!
