Good and easy to make, however they need to be eaten the same day. I had mine sealed in an air tight container and by day 3 they were unedible and needed to be thrown out. To bad because they were very tasty.

If I could have given these muffins 10 stars I would have, easily. I was looking for a quick and easy recipe to use up some strawberry yogurt and a few strawberries in my fridge. Simply delicious. I used the yogurt in place of the sour cream and strawberries instead of blueberries. I will be making this recipe a lot. sooooo good!!WOW!

Ohhhh... it's heaven in a muffin tin! I doubled the recipe and added a few more blueberries (frozen). They came out PERFECT!!
