Very light and fluffy biscuits. I made them as drop biscuits and they came out great. Had them with sausage gravy and they were perfect. Thanks for sharing.

I made these biscuits for teacher appreciation breakfast with the honey butter. Went over extremely well. The biscuits were light and fluffy. Best of all , they were easy and fun to make. THUMPS UP!!!

These biscuits are a favorite of ours, especially my husband. He especially likes these spread with homemade strawberry freezer jam. He can literally sit and eat a half batch of them in one sitting. NOTE: If you want a fluffier biscuit, I suggest you "cut" the sour cream into the butter as best you can with a pastry cutter or fork, then gently stir in the soda. You get a better result.

These were AMAZING-- they'll be my default quick biscuit recipe from now on. I didn't have lemon-lime soda, so subbed club soda plus 2 tsp sugar (mixed in with the Bisquick before adding soda). This batter works fine for drop biscuits, as well as shaped ones. Thanks so much!

I made these at my hunting camp last week for dinner. They were wonderful! I served them with "Kevin's Three Rivers Wild Game Stroganoff, I had commit's that this was the best meal my friends have ever eaten. The Biscuits were very light and fluffy, GREAT flavor, I did not change a thing from the recipe. Anyone who loves biscuits should try this recipe, These are great breakfast and dinner biscuits, much better then store bought biscuits.

Mmmm...mmmm...good I loved the sour cream biscuits along with the honey/butter and orange rinds it all worked together in my mouth so lovely. I ate about 4 in one sitting:-) My friends and their children loved them as well. I've tasted many other biscuits and there are times when there just so doughy, not these.I think that I just might have to say goodbye to biscuits in the can.

Very good- all I had was pancake mix :-) Worked fine. I liked that it was tender without the bitter baking powder taste I normally get with baking powder biscuits.. I did add a teaspoon of baking powder to the pancake mix- figured I would hedge my bet..I also used my toaster oven! I did adjust the temp down by about 25 degrees and baked the full 20- brushed with butter when they came out- easy easy and good!
