"Cooking low fat is important to me. I developed this stuffing recipe when my father had surgery and needed to go on a low fat diet. Chicken broth and fat free butter flavored granules provide traditional holiday flavor and keep the stuffing moist." — SONYA FAUVER

i have only reviewed recipe and in getting the turkey ready to cok. What impressed me it is so low in fat and I try cutting fat down as much as possible. will add a rating after I actually cook it
Tried it last year and liked it so much I kept the recipe, so tried it again this year - fabulous. Cooked in a covered casserole for a while and then uncovered. Used seasoned stuffing breadcrumbs as I didn't have the Italian ones. I have always enjoyed stuffing as part of the Thanksgiving meal, but this is the best I can recall. Low fat, good flavor, celery was just perfect cooked this way. I'll be glad to use it more often. Thanks for sharing.
