These are a fun change. I like to brown the beef and then add taco seasonings to the meat before forming the burgers.

This was just okay. The burgers lacked flavor and did tend to fall apart. They weren't bad, but not great either.

These burgers tasted absolutely wonderful, especially with a little salsa and cheese on top, but I did have one problem with them. They always fell apart. They will not retain a burger shape for some reason. Also, I served them on a hamburger bun instead of a tortilla, and I am starting to wish I had just made tacos out of them. Good recipe, but needs a little work so that it is actually a burger and not a taco.
