I made these exactly according to the directions. They are wonderful! They are rich, light and soft. Do not even need frosting they are so good! Probably in the top 5 of everything to ever come out of my bread machine. I am already thinking of other applications for this divine dough.

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! I have tried alot of recipes for cinnamon buns over the years and never found one worth making again. Now that I live far from a mall that has a cinnabon (which disapointed me on my last visit) I never have to be deprived again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Using the instructions that one of the other members posted for using a stand mixer, these are FANTASTIC! I put cream cheese frosting on mine instead and mmm, mmm, mmm! They got rave reviews from the guys in my household. One thing I'll probably do next time is make them bigger. Also, there's no way you could fit 24 in a 9x13 pan. I could only fit 8.

I have now made these several times and am really pleased with both the flavor and texture of the dough. The dough is really easy to work with and rolls out nicely.

This was absolutely wonderful. I tried three recipes before I decided this is the best one. However I used the icing from clone of a cinnabon.

These buns were very good - the vanilla pudding gave the dough an interesting flavor. The topping was WAY too sweet. We ended up scraping all of it off the buns. So, be careful not to put it on all the buns until you taste it.

Absolutely great cinnamon buns! Thanks to RUBES1 for writing the instructions to make them by hand rather than a bread maker. A little trick that my mother taught me about cutting the dough. She uses a string to cut the dough. Wrapping the string around the dough and crossing the string at the top, she pulls it tight until the dough is cut.

Wonderful!! I am making them for the second time right now. They are so tender and tasty. The bread is not dry like so many other recipes. I don't use the pudding mix but instead add 3T extra sugar to make up for the sweetness they would be missing. For my frosting I mix a pkg of cream cheese, 2 tsp vanilla, powdered sugar and a little milk and beat it until fluffy, so yummy on these rolls. I have already shared this recipe with several friends.

These are the best! The only changes I made was to use the entire box of instant pudding (what was I going to do with the other half, anyway?). And I used the frosting from the recipe of clone of a cinnabon like somebody else suggested. It made enough to fill up a 9x13 pan and an 8x8 pan. The filling was delicious and what a great idea to mix everything all together before spreading it on the dough! The family loved it and it will become the new cinnamon roll recipe that I will use from now on. Thanks for the great recipe!

OMG! These are sooo good! I wasn't doing so well with bread in my bread maker but these turned out great. I've already made 2 batches in a week and will be making 3 more tomorrow for my husband to take to work. You can't go wrong with this one it's too easy. I follow the recipe except for leaving out the raisins and nuts.

These are very good!! The only thing I regret-and this has nothing to do with the recipe itself-is that I read someone's comment saying to use the glaze from 'Clone of a Cinnabon' and decided to try it. I did not like them with that glaze. The cream cheese was too much. I will say that I am a bit unsure if I put the right amount of pudding mix into the dough. Is it supposed to be 3.5 oz. of mix or half of that?

10++ stars for sure. SO GOOD! Much better than "clone of a cinnabon". Moist and delicious. I did make a day ahead of time- after the bread machine cycle I cut them up and put in the dish to rise for the hour-then I wrapped in plastic wrap and popped in the fridge. In the morning I took them out and let them sit at room temp for about 45 minutes and popped into the oven...HOLY GOODNESS! Cook time for me was more like 25 minutes(probably cause I had them in the fridge overnight) The only change for me was I do prefer the frosting to be cream cheese based so I made it that way( 4oz cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups conf sugar, 1/4 cup butter and a squirt of vanilla) Thanks for my new favorite recipe!

i was looking for a good cinnamon bun recipe and i think i found the best - husband said it was the best thing i ever baked! i only had banana pudding mix on hand and like some, put the entire box in. i was a little worried about the banana flavor, but it turned out fine - you won't even know it was in it. i did omit the raisins and used pecans instead of walnuts. i also took heed of others and doubled the brown sugar cinnamon mix. i thought it would be sweet enough without the frosting so i omitted it completely. definitely will be one of my favorite things to bake.
