Not bad at all...my daughters loved them! I thought the batter was more of the consistancy of brownie mix and it wasn't rollable in an hr...but I just dropped them on the cookie sheet and went. Baked 3 dozen with this recipe. I didn't dust with confectioners sugar since we just moved here and I havent found my sieve but they were yummy and cake-like...almost like an oreo cakester!

Yummy cookies! I haven't had a chance yet to make them after letting them sit in the fridge and they were fine, just spread a little bit. The choices are endless with these - great dough by itself, can't wait to try adding things!

I love this recipe because the cookies come out soft and chewy. I have had bad experiences with chocolate cookies in the past coming out hard or biscuit -like. This is also the perfect recipe to experiment with. I added white chocolate toffee and it was delicious. Note, these are very sweet and chocolately. Next time I will try to reduce the sugar.

I made these cookies and could barely stop myself from eating all of them before my husband got home (he's the one I made them for!) They were delicious, cake-like and easy to make! I loved it!

I didn't have the sugar to put on top, so maybe that really would've given these that extra something, but the cookies themselves are a little plain for my taste. Still tasty, though. And the dough is very easy to handle.

Only had half the cocoa it called so, so used 2 squares unsweetened Baker's chocolate (melted) for the rest. Tasty! Reminded me a lot of chocolate muffins or cupcakes!

I must say I have never had a cookie that tasted better the second day than right of the oven - but this was that cookie. I did add about a cup of chocolate chips but otherwise made just as listed. A very good cookie.

Nice to have something other than chocolate chip or peanut butter cookies. And I always have the ingredients on hand. Made these for a school carnival bake sale and they didn't last long. Great cookie!!

This cookies are pretty good. I think for those who don't like overly sweet desserts this would be perfect. I love sweet and rich so I either add chocolate chips or peanut butter chips! With this addition I would definitely give these cookies 5 stars.
