This salad was delicious! I used plain fat free yogurt with agave syrup as the dressing instead of mayo and sugar to make it healthier (yogurt can be used instead of mayo in most recipes - deviled eggs and potato salad for sure). The only problem was that the lettuce was soggy the next day. I revived it in part by adding roasted sunflower seeds. Maybe next time I will use spinach instead because it holds its shape better than iceberg lettuce. Thanks for the recipe Wilma! :o)

My favorite salad from this site. Great to take to potlucks or when having a group over to the house. also good the next day... none ever goes to waste. I usually add in some grated cheese and double bacon. Even Mr. Meat-n-tatters loves it.
