"Savory baked pork chops in an onion and mushroom sauce. Easy, fast and my kids like them. If out of fresh onions you can mix dried onions into the mushroom soup or dried onion soup."

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • garlic salt to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place pork chops in a cooking dish. Cover with mushroom soup and sliced onion rings. Sprinkle with garlic salt if desired. Cover with foil and bake in oven for 50 minutes or until pink is gone.
