Mexican seasonings and refried beans are added to this lasagna. You don't even have to pre-cook the noodles, so it is faster to prepare than traditional lasagna.

My whole family loves this beefy lasagna flavored with taco seasoning. Even my picky five-year-old will eat it. Serve with shredded lettuce, fresh sliced tomatoes, olives and sour cream.

Lasagna noodles are baked with an earthy blend of beef, refried beans, oregano, cumin and garlic, with salsa spooned over. Topped with sour cream, green onions, olives and Pepper Jack cheese, the casserole gets one more brief baking to melt the cheese.

Super easy, super quick and super good. Thinly sliced beef sirloin is cooked in a zesty sauce, and layered with tortilla chips, tomatoes and shredded cheese.

I'm not sure why it's called lasagna, but it is very good. A beef and refried bean mixture is buried in melted cheeses. Try serving it for a New Years or Superbowl party.

'This easy dish is one of our family's favorites,' says Cindy Osborn. The Little Rock, Arkansas reader likes to double the recipe, making one zippy lasagna for dinner and another to freeze. 'Sometimes we eat the second one in the same week,' she adds.
