This was o.k. I definitely should have friend the bacon first as some suggested. The limp pieces of bacon were pretty unappealing. The taste was good, but it does need changes.

This was totally delicious my sister scrapped the plate lol. I made some variations, I took advice from other reviewers. I used half and half cream instead of sour cream,I used cream of chicken instead of cream of mushroom, I seasoned the chicken first before wrapping them with bacon and put it in the oven to brown for 20 minutes and then put the soup mixture over it. I cut up onion, tomatoe, green onion and minced garlic also some pre-shredded marble cheese and mixed it in the soup with some cayenne pepper and black pepper. I baked it till the bacon and the mixture was brown then turned it over on the other side to make that brown. It took about two hours. But well worth the wait.

I followed a lot of others advice and regretfully cooked the bacon dipped into brown sugar, which sweeten the dish way too much. It just did not go very well. I did like the garlic, onion and parmesan though. If i was to make this again i would DEFINETLY avoid brown sugar!

This dish was delicious.....made a few changes. I cut the chicken into cubes and sliced the bacon into 1" squares. I crisped the bacon a bit in a frying pan and browned the chicken in same pan before transferring to baking dish. I used 1 can each creams of mushroom/chicken and added 1 can green beans. I topped with Stove Top stuffing (followed package directions first)and sprinkled with cheddar cheese. Baked for 25 minutes covered, then another 5 minutes uncovered. Everyone had seconds and leftovers!

These were fabulous!!! My small boys (22 months and 3yrs) loved them too. I only made a couple small changes by browning the meat w/ garlic salt and pepper and adding onions. I just layed the bacon on top and broiled them the last few minutes to get the bacon crisp. These were Soooooo tender and delicious. The sauce was tasty over rice too.

This was just okay. Had a decent flavor after I added some onion salt and garlic salt, but won't be on my favorites list by any means.

I used individually frozen skinless chicken breasts, wrapped them in bacon, baked them for about 10 minutes while I mixed the other ingredients, poured the soup mixture over the chicken and baked for the rest of the time. It was easy and delicious!! Thanks for the recipe

Based on some other reviews, I added some fresh mushrooms to the pan before adding soup mixture. In the soup mixture I added minced garlic, salt, pepper, and grated parmesean cheese. This recipe makes a lot of sauce so serve chicken over rice or pasta. This was a good recipe, will make again.

My family and I weren't impressed by this. It seemed watery. The bacon was rubbery and just not a great flavor. We all decided we would not have this again.

It was very easy and good. The soggy bacon is an issue, however, I would not take the bacon out of the recipe due to the tremendous flavor. Next time, I think I will add garlic and mushrooms. I will try it over noodles as well. Thanks.

Sensational! Our family loves bacon so I doubled to 4 slices per serving and served over wide egg noodles. Quick and easy - on my permanent recipe list. Thanks for sharing, Abby!

This is exactly like a recipe my Mamaw used to always make, she passed awya this year and I never got the recipe from her. So glad I cam across this, made it last night and is just as good as I remember. I made it just as the recipe says but I do put a little seasoning on the chicken before putting the sauce over it.

Grrreat. The children and grandchildren asked if they could invite their friends over in the near future. Dinner was "finger licking good". Thank you for allowing me to serve new dishes and earn the praise of my family. Granny
