pork loin roast, cut into 3/4-inch dice*
thick-cut bacon, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch strips
onion, cut into 1/2-inch dice
2 (14.5 ounce) cans
diced fire-roasted tomatoes
1 1/2 cups
2 (15 ounce) cans
cannellini beans, (white kidney) or other white beans, drained
scallions, thinly sliced
This was good, but we like our chili spicier so next time I will increase the spices and add jalapeño or chile peppers.
