Smoky Chicken Marinade

"Great for chicken. I was going to grill it, but we ran out of propane so I made it in a frying pan. It's goooooooooood. Marinate chicken at least 26 hours before cooking."

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Stir the vinegar, brown sugar, liquid smoke, salt, and pepper together in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved.
