Yes, I changed it; but it is a good start. I subbed tomato sauce for the ketchup, added some vinegar, honey & cayenne. Thickened with cornstarch. Thanks for submitting! Current MILD RECIPE: 15oz tom sauce, 1/3c brown, 1/4c vinegar, 1/8t cayenne, 2t cornstarch. 1/8t cayenne is too mild to add to meat; good as condiment though. Current HOT BUT-NOT-TOO-HOT RECIPE: 15oz sauce, 1/3c brown, 1/4c vinegar, 1/2t garlic&onion powder, 1/4t cayenne, 2T worcestershire. Heat to gentle boil. Thicken w 2T cornstarch&cold water. Once thick, add 1t liquid smoke. PREVIOUS GOOD recipe: 1c tom sauce, 1/4c brown sugar&vinegar, 1 1/2T worcestershire, 1/2t tabasco, 1/8t garlic powder, 1/32t cayenne thickened w 1/2T cornstarch&1/2c water.
