"This spread is great on crostini or as a dip with assorted vegetables. Because it is made in the blender all those pesky little bones are no longer a nuisance. Serve as a spread on crostinis or on cucumber rounds or as a stuffing for hardboiled eggs."

smoked whitefish, skinned and boned
lemon juice, or to taste
hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®), or to taste
ground black pepper to taste
finely chopped red onion
finely chopped celery
1 1/2 teaspoons
chopped fresh dill
Wonderful recipe. My reasoning for the 4 star is the capers & dill.I made the recipe two ways. One without capers & dill. The one without the capers & dill seemed to be the favorite of the room. Most felt those ingredients actually overpowered the flavor. I will try again with a less amount of dill. I don't get the capers.
