I made this recipe this evening after purchasing one of those envelopes of smoked salmon from Chicken of the Sea.
It was absolutely delicious, and I'm sure would had been better with a better quality smoked salmon.
I did make some changes: whole wheat tortillas from Whole Foods (they bake them while you watch!), fat free cream cheese, low fat feta (instead of swiss), and fat free plain greek yogurt (out of sour cream).
Awesome! I will definitely recommend this again, especially for anybody who chooses to follow a lower/healthier carb diet or those who have medical challenges that require such a diet.
