Made this breakfast pie in honor of Cindy Lepp. Great breakfast casserole. I doubled the recipe and made one in heart pan and one in a pie plate. Made one as written and added onions and peppers to the other one. This recipe easily adapts to whatever your family likes in breakfast cassereoles. The crescent roll made for a wonderful crust on the bottom. The recipe comes together quickly - and it bakes in about 25 mintues. Served with fresh fruit, juice and english muffins. Great way to start the day. Thanks Jane for a delicious breakfast.

I substituted ham, because I had it, and ended up baking it longer in a 9" pan, but it makes for a fabulously easy quiche. Even the resident 'Real Man' was caught sneaking a piece.

3 for taste; 4 for cost & easy because everything was in my fridge already. Be sure to use a pan with deep sides. Thanks for the fun new recipe!!
