I didn't have the red pepper so I used a green one, didn't have the honey or the worcestershire sauce and I thought the apples were a little weird so I kept those out too.. but I did all the rest and my family LOVED this recipe!! I hate beans but I even liked this one, I would definitely recommend trying :)

This was pretty good, but a little too sweet for me (and I cut down the sugar by a lot). It reminded me of hot dogs in baked beans. My fiance ate it once, but didn't want the leftovers. I felt the same way, the sweetness got old after a few bites. I think I would make it with tomato sauce next time, instead of ketchup and sugar. The kidney bean, kielbasa combo is classic though.
