I made this dish for my family and they absolutely loved it! Instead of 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, I used 1 can of cream of chicken and 1 can cream of mushroom. I added 1 envelope Lipton onion soup as well as 1 envelope Lipton onion mushroom soup mix to the ground beef mixture and about a tablespoon extra breadcrumbs. I went a bit further and chopped up 2 medium onions and added 20 ounces of fresh sliced portobello mushrooms. Last but not least, I double dredged the patties before searing off and added a full cup of water. The gravy turned out just lovely and the patties were very moist and flavorful! A definite keeper!
