I'm not a huge pork chop fan but this was really good. It would also work with chicken, which I may try next time, but the flavor was very good! And simple!

I would have rated this 3 1/2 stars if possible. It was not wonderful but it was not bad either just okay. I will make this again since my family ate it without any complaint. It was easy and the meat was tender. Thanks for the recipe.

This was so easy to make and the taste was excellent, paired up with some spanish rice. YUM!

We all enjoyed this recipe very much! I simmered everything on the stove top (I used a whole can of chicken broth)for about and hour, then added slices potatoes and cooked another 1/2 hour. The flavor was great and the pork cutlets very tender!

We didn't love this. It had a "funky" flavor, as my husband said. I think it was the poultry seasoning. It didn't stay very moist either, which was a bummer. Not one I'd make again.

Easy and delicious! A blessing for a busy lo-carber. Try thickening the left over juices with xanthum for a flavorful gravy!

These are tasty chops. As someone else already mentioned, they were so tender that they were falling apart (DELICIOUS!). I'm trying to minimize my intake of fat, though, so next time I will trim all fat off the chops and reduce the oil by half. I highly recommend these, though. They're very easy and very good.

Good flavor and the meat was very moist, falling off the bone. I liked the flavor. The broth seemed a little greasy and I would use less oil next time.

My daughter says this should be given 5 stars. I tend to agree. My husband loved it as well. The only thing I changed in this recipe was to cook it on low for 8 hours instead of 'high' for 4. I also added 2 cups of chicken broth instead of one. The chops were extremely tender and very tasty. This will be made again. Thank you!

Loved it!!The best recipe I've found on this web-site in 5 ys. I agree it tasted mediterranean. I doubled the chicken broth, used garlic salt instead of powder, added green beans the last half hour, used pork loin chops, & served it over Basmati rice.

Although this recipe was very easy to follow, and the pork chops did come out tender, my husband and I didn't care for it at all. I'm not sure what we were expecting, but it didn't taste the way we thought it would. I won't be making this again.

It tasted pretty good. I agree with previous reviews to cook longer. I cooked mine recommended time and it was kind of dry. Not one of my very favorites, but I will probably make this again.

I cooked on low for 8hrs instead of high because I NEVER crock on high. But the flavor left much to be desired, and it was actually pretty dry -- which I honestly didn't know could happen with a crock pot recipe.

This was a good recipe, my 6 and 8 yr old ate it and wanted more. The pork chops were very tender. I altered it just a little by adding more chicken broth and cooking on low for 12 hours. Overall I give this recipe an A.
