I followed the recipie exactly. The sauce smelled so good while it was cooking. The pork chops were tender and fell apart- but they seemed kind of bland and dry. I had to keep loading on the sauce so I could eat it. Might be better with chicken but will not make with chops again.

I doubled the chicken broth as mentioned previously here and added some carmelized onions (about 1/2 cup). I also saute'd the garlic in the olive oil as also was previously mentioned. I thought they turned out great, very moist and flavorful. Mine cooked in the crockpot on low for about 6 hours and were just fine. I served these with brown rice. I did not test these on the kids, they had already eten at Grandma's, but I think they would like them.

I thought the meat was super tender and flavorful. I sauted the garlic in the oil first before mixing it with the rest of the spices. I also browned the chops in the same pan that I sauted the garlic in before adding to the crock pot. Plus I added extra chicken broth. Great served with long grain wild rice. Will definately make again.

Very easy to make but, in mine and my families opinion, it is unedible. The smell was overwhelming and the flavor was not good.

I am not a big fan of pork chops but these were really good! They also got my husbands approval which is always good. I didn't use the oil and added a few more spices. I did use about 2 cups plus of broth because I had 6 chops. Cut up some onions and celery and let it go. Very good will use again they were very tender and not dry at all!

I followed the advice of others and doubled the chicken broth (and then added another half cup more because I threw in 6 pork chops but kept the recipe the same). I also cut up fresh mushrooms and onion and layered those in with the pork chops. I served this to my dad and boyfriend and they both thought it was great. I used the mushrooms and onions as garnish instead of the broth and so they weren't too oily and the flavor was nice and light. I would definitely make this recipe again.

although the prok chops were tender, they were dry and overdone. I also think this was more bland than I had expected. I will not be making this again. I really thought based on the other reviews that this would have tasted better

Great recipe!!! I first tried these delicious pork chops at a friend's house and had to ask for the recipe. It's super easy and a great meal to prepare for guests. Every time I make these pork chops they turn out juicy and yummy.

Very good. Used 6 chops with the bone and 2 cups broth. Since these chops have more fat in them, I didn't feel I needed to added much oil,if any. I also doubled the garlic and threw in some onion chunks. I think the boneless chops would work much better so you won't have to worry about fishing out the bones.

I'm not a huge pork chop fan but this was really good. It would also work with chicken, which I may try next time, but the flavor was very good! And simple!

I would have rated this 3 1/2 stars if possible. It was not wonderful but it was not bad either just okay. I will make this again since my family ate it without any complaint. It was easy and the meat was tender. Thanks for the recipe.

We all enjoyed this recipe very much! I simmered everything on the stove top (I used a whole can of chicken broth)for about and hour, then added slices potatoes and cooked another 1/2 hour. The flavor was great and the pork cutlets very tender!

We didn't love this. It had a "funky" flavor, as my husband said. I think it was the poultry seasoning. It didn't stay very moist either, which was a bummer. Not one I'd make again.

Easy and delicious! A blessing for a busy lo-carber. Try thickening the left over juices with xanthum for a flavorful gravy!
