This was delicious! The only change I made was substituting 1 tablespoon of pork rub for the poultry seasoning. I love slow cooker recipes, and this one did not fail me!

This dish had great flavour and smelled wonderful. I used less than 1/8 cup of olive oil and I will omit completely next time. I used a whole can of chicken broth and thickened the gravy at the end to serve with potatoes. Next time I will add onions and whole mushrooms. I cooked as posted - 4 hours on high using nice thick boneless chops.

This was great! I actually cooked it on low for 8 hours and I substituted chicken broth with beef broth - since that is all I had on hand. They were juicy and fell apart easily with a fork. I would recommend this. Very tasty!

My husband usually hates pork chops because he finds them too dry. He scraped his plate on this one, the meat were literally falling off the bone. My only complaint is they were a little greasy...I will cut back on the oil next time.

My husband said these were "incredibly tender". I liked them too, but think perhaps one more ingredient would have made them superb. The only change I made was that I used 1 full can of chicken broth, which freed me from basting, since they were totally submerged. Once done, I removed the pork chops and added corn starch to make a fuller gravy.

My whole family loved this and the house smelled wonderful while it cooked. I have to say that I did not make this for a while even though I saved the recipe because the picture looks so unappealing. I saw a review that said that the picture was not a good representation and decided to give it a whirl. I am so glad I did, this is a definate keeper!

I liked this recipe. I did not add the olive oil, but used the rest of the ingredients. The pork chops came out great. My family said it's a keeper!

Great flavor and very moist. As suggested by others, I decreased the olive oil to 1/8 cup, increased the chicken broth to 2 cups, sauted the garlic in olive oil, and used garlic salt instead of garlic powder. So easy and didn't bother basting, just turned the chops over half way through the 4 hours. Wonderful new recipe for our household. Thanks, ERINVDIX!

This is a fantastic recipe full of flavor! Guests just love it too... and so does my husband! This is on my tops list of meals to make. The pork chops just fall apart. P.S. The current representative picture doesn't look anything like the end result...

Sorry, but we did not like this one. Too bland for us. I also thought the sauce had a wierd oily texture. We ate it, but I won't be making this again.

Delish! I used way less oil than the recipe called for and instead of pork chops I used the meat off a pork roasting joint.

This was pretty good. Its definately a meal I will make again but not one of those meals that I can't wait to make again. I like others doubled the ingredients and only used 1/8 cup oil. I served it with couscous which was a really nice side dish to pair it with. Thanks for another addition to my recipe book.

Was looking forward to these chops because of the ratings. And, as others suggested, I halved the olive oil and doubled the remaining ingredients -used 5 chops. Made way too much sauce. Cooked on low for about 11 hours (because work day). Pork was very tender, but we didn't care for the flavor. Sorry, but won't be making these again.

Very tender, but on the dry side. Next time I will cook the pork chops on low. Otherwise very tender just had to add the liquid mixture on top of the chops.

Yum! This is a great slow-cooker recipe that doesn't use a cream base. We really enjoyed the chops and I know I will continue to make this for years to come.
