Great, easy recipe ! Cooked 4 frozen boneless pork chops 6 hrs on low and had to turn it to warm for 2 hrs to wait for my daughter to get home from work. Falling apart goodness !!! A real keeper ! Thanks so much for such a great recipe !!!!!

this was great!! I did change it up a bit. I didn't use poultry seasoning or paprika and I added a little extra garlic to substitue for garlic powder. I also added 1 cup of italian dressing and a pinch of cayenne pepper...and covered the pork chops with barbeque so they wouldn't burn like everyone suggested.

I was a bit diappointed with this recipe. The pork chops did fall off the bone as listed, however, the flavor, and moistness was missing somehow. I also added red potatoes to the mix (which turned out great)to help complete the meal. I too felt the recipe called for way too much oil. I added 2T of oil and ended up discarding the broth after taking out the meat and potatoes. It was okay, but I don't think we'll be making this one again.

It's a nice easy and flexible recipe. I used extra chicken broth as other reviews mentioned. I also made a nice gravy to serve with the pork. I think next time I would play around with the spices. I was also thinking of trying his with chicken breast. It's a great alternative to recipes with the creamed soups.

Have to agree with those who thought this tasted "funky", even though I didn't use any oil. Won't make it again.

No good. I did not like this at all. Almost wanted to throw it away and order pizza. The texture was too fish-like for me. Two stars only because my boyfriend said it was "pretty good", but then again, he'll eat anything.

Incredible! Do not use the olive oil, big mistake. I made roasted potatoes and roasted carrots and Onion. This is by far the best pork I have ever experienced. I also cooked it for 8 hours, and made gravy from the drippings, and wished I could make more to freeze. The gravy was divine. Don't hesitate to make this, no disappointments at all. Even my picky eater ate it and wanted more.

Good recipe but of course like any good cook I made my adjustments. I marinade the chops overnight with a pork rub (instead of the poultry seasoning) and the olive oil and garlic. Then in the morning I browned them and throw it in the slow cooker and sautee onions in the same pan and throw in the slow cooker. I had the basil and oregano but I had a nice herb mix seasoning so I used that instead (really you can play with all the herbs you want and never go wrong)Then I added the chicken broth (no exact measure, just enough to cover the chops in the crock pot) and added the paprika and very important I added half can of tomato sauce. Paprika alone don't do it for me for the color and consistency of the sauce so to me is very important to add the tomato sauce. The pork chops turned out yummy!!

Was delicious! I added an equal amount of onion powder as was called for the garlic powder. I did saute the garlic prior in olive oil which was suggested by an another reviewer. In addition, I used extra chicken brother as was suggested. I served this over white rice and it was a great hit!

We had to do this in the oven, but it was still very tasty and a nice change of pace for pork chops. Was served with jasmine rice.

I love crock pot cooking and had high hopes for this recipe because it's so simple. Unfortunately, it just didn't work for me. The chops were very tender but the spices totally overwhelmed the sauce and chops. I didn't even care for the smell while it was cooking. Sorry, I really wanted to like this!

Try again but cook on LOW for 8 hours (high for 4 hours dried the meat out but was very tender) A little less oil.

My husband loved this recipe. At least three times, he told me that we needed to save this recipe to use again. I especially loved how easy it was to make! I did leave out the olive oil based on some reviewers' comments. My young son ate all of his too.

I made this for dinner today with lemon and coriander couscous and orange glazed carrots, for myself and 3 kids and it had mixed reviews. My 12 year old son and I thought it was delicious but my 6 and 7 year olds ate some but weren't sure if they'd want it again. The fact they ate any of it is still good though, as they don't like pork! The only change I made to the recipe was to omit the oregano as I didn't have any. I thought the pork turned out wonderfully soft and juicy with loads of flavour. I'll definitely make this again, but just for me and my son next time! Thanks for sharing this recipe! I'm always on the look out for new slow-cooker ideas.

i liked the ease of preparation, and the chops turned out tender and juicy, but the flavor was just not quite to my taste. i, my husband and our 7-year-old agreed that it was okay, but we would prefer a little different flavor. i think i'll try this again and experiment with the spices.
