Very tasty! Made changes based on what I had and other reviews - No oil Beef Broth instead of Chicken (whole can) Season All instead of Poultry Seasoning Added some chopped onion. Thickened gravy with some corn starch and served over mashed potatoes. Husband loved it!!

Excellent. I used four cloves of garlic instead of using garlic powder. Lots of flavor. Thumbs up from this family of five!

I rarely make pork chops b/c most of the time they are dry and my family hates that. When I found this recipe i thought I would give it a try. It is truly wonderful. When it was done they were so moist and tender that they almost fell apart taking them out. I have since removed some ingredients since the first batch only b/c the spices prove to be a little to strong for my kids. I use all ingredients but the poultry seasoning and oregano.

LOVED these... even my rarely-meat-eating toddler. I mixed all of the ingredients together in the slow cooker and placed in the fridge overnight to marinate, then starting the cooking in the morning. They were delicious! Will definitely make again.

This recipe is DELICIOUS! This was one of the first "real meals" I made for my husband and it is already a staple favorite. I usually double the recipe to cover the "family pack" pork chops I buy, because leftovers are our best friend. I don't have garlic powder or poultry seasoning so I just throw in an extra garlic clove and use 2 tsp each oregano, basil, and season salt, almost 2 tbsp paprika, 1/2 cup olive oil, as well as about 1 1/2 cups broth. I also add splashes of balsamic vinegar to taste (or smell, rather), as another reviewer suggested, and my personal theory is that it's the balsamic that really makes the dish. It's fantastic!

We loved this recipe!!! I cooked it for 2 hrs. on high and then 2 hrs. on low. about 1 hr before it was done I kinda pulled apart the porkchops with a knife a fork so it could soak up more of the flavor, I will definitely make this again!!!!

Very good and different than the traditional cream sauces that you make in the crock pot. My son ate it up! The changes that I made were roasting the garlic before adding and I put very little oil in it (about 1T) I cut up some red potatoes and cooked them with the porkchops. Because of the potatoes I wanted more sauce, so I used an entire can of chicken broth and added about 1/2 cup of white wine for more flavor. It was wonderful!

This was really good. I omitted the oil and just used more chicken stock just to make it a little more figure-friendly and I didn't miss the oil one bit. I also added some sliced onion and green bell pepper during the last couple hours. I served this over some rice and the sauce made for a great gravy. Adding this one to my rotation! :)

Excellent recipe - great for a busy mom. I put this in the slow cooker before work and when we were ready to eat in the evening...it was ready. Great, tender pork chops - very flavorful. I have made this a few times and it is great every time! Easy and tasty.

this was great!! I did change it up a bit. I didn't use poultry seasoning or paprika and I added a little extra garlic to substitue for garlic powder. I also added 1 cup of italian dressing and a pinch of cayenne pepper...and covered the pork chops with barbeque so they wouldn't burn like everyone suggested.

I was a bit diappointed with this recipe. The pork chops did fall off the bone as listed, however, the flavor, and moistness was missing somehow. I also added red potatoes to the mix (which turned out great)to help complete the meal. I too felt the recipe called for way too much oil. I added 2T of oil and ended up discarding the broth after taking out the meat and potatoes. It was okay, but I don't think we'll be making this one again.

It's a nice easy and flexible recipe. I used extra chicken broth as other reviews mentioned. I also made a nice gravy to serve with the pork. I think next time I would play around with the spices. I was also thinking of trying his with chicken breast. It's a great alternative to recipes with the creamed soups.
